Welcome to Safe and Secure! These Terms govern your subscription to our monthly service, which includes access to the specified products. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Subscription Details

  • Monthly Fee: $49.88, billed monthly.
  • Products Offered: Access to one of the following:
    • Bitwarden – A secure password management service.
    • Syncro – Enables remote monitoring and fast support for your devices.
    • Huntress  – Monitors systems and eliminates hidden threats missed by standard antivirus.
    • Webroot – Protects your devices from viruses, malware, and online threats in real-time.


3. Definitions

  • “Agreement”: These Terms and all related notices.
  • “Service”: Applications and products provided through your subscription.
  • “You/Your/User”: The individual or organization subscribing.
  • “Content”: Material provided as part of the Service.

4. Subscription Period
Your subscription begins upon initial payment and continues monthly until canceled.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is automatically charged to your provided payment method. If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime by contacting support at (719) 824-4603. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle if provided at least 3 business days prior; there are no partial refunds given.

7. User Account Security  
You are responsible for securing your account, including maintaining your password’s confidentiality and reporting unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.

8. Acceptable Use  
Use the Service in good faith; do not engage in harmful activities, such as spamming or harassment.

9. Limitation of Liability  
Safe and Secure is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arapahoe County, Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.

11. Modifications to Terms 
We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes posted on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
